Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Whilst we hope that you are happy with the products you have ordered, if you decide you want to return an item/s you have 14 days from receipt of delivery to notify us, this excludes Team Kits or Personalised Goods. Team Kits or Personalised Goods are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
- Please email us at shop@rink66.co.uk to notify us of the item/s you wish to return.
- We will provide you with an email acknowledgement and we will provide you with a 'returns address'.
- You then have 14 days to return the item/s to us in the same packaging and in the same condition.
- Please look after your unwanted item/s as they must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. This is both the box they came in and the box they were sent in, including the protective packaging.
- If you wish to return an item/s, then you are responsible for the return delivery costs.
- We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
- Once we have received your returned item/s, we will send a confirmation email to you and will then process a refund via the same method in which you made payment originally. The original shipping/delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will normally show in your account within 3-5 days.
DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS
- We perform a quality control check on our products prior to shipping however in the event that your product is damaged and/or faulty, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt of delivery to notify us.
- Please email us at shop@rink66.co.uk including a full description along with pictures of the damaged item/s.
- Please look after the item/s, even if they are faulty as we may ask that they are returned. We will arrange for collection if they need to be returned.
- For damaged or faulty item/s requiring a refund, the full cost of your order including postage will be refunded.
- For damaged or faulty item/s requiring a replacement, this will be sent out to you as soon as possible.
- Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty item/s or their packaging unless confirmed by us to do so.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible by email at shop@rink66.co.uk, however if this exceeds 24 hours from the point of which you ordered then cancellation may not be possible as the order may have already been shipped.
